Joystick Assembly Removal
1. Turn off and unplug the game.
2. Rest the game facedown to access the base. Protect and stabilize the front casing and monitor by
prepping the area with cardboard, foam, etc. Remove the two larger screws (one on each side)
that are securing the joystick assembly to the base. See Figure 1.

Joystick Assembly Installation
1. Reconnect the two connections to the joystick board and the two ground wire connections (on non-
Widescreen Auroras) to the new joystick assembly. See Figure 2. Turn the new joystick assembly
over and install it in the game.
2. Carefully lay the game monitor-side down and secure the joystick assembly to the base with 2
screws. See Figure 1.
3. Upright the game.
4. Plug in and turn on the game. Once the game has booted up, proceed to Troubleshooting Your
Touchscreen to calibrate the joystick.
3. Carefully upright the game and remove the joystick assembly. Turn the assembly over and remove
the two connections to the joystick board and the two ground wire connections (on non-Widescreen
Aurora systems). See Figure 2.
