Power Supply Installation

1. Feed the 4-pin and 20-pin connector harnesses running from the new power supply through the

window on the power supply mounting bracket. Snap the power supply mounting bracket onto the

new power supply. See Figure 4.

2. Place the power supply/mounting bracket assembly in the electronics box. See Figure 3. Slide the

bracket assembly to the left so that the tab on the bracket fits into the slot on the electronics box.

Secure the bracket to the electronics box with the 2 hex nuts. See Figure 3.

3. Reconnect the power cord to the power supply. Connect the 4-pin and 20-pin connector har-

nesses from the power supply to their mating connectors.

4. Secure the meter to the electronics box with 2 screws. See Figure 2.

5. Secure the Centronics connector to the electronics box with 2 screws. See Figure 2.

6. Secure the USB port to the electronics box with 2 screws. See Figure 2.

7. Reconnect the hard drive cable to the motherboard at IDE1. See Figure 2.

8. Reconnect all connections to the I/O board. Replace the I/O board inside the electronics box and

secure with 4 screws. See Figure 2.

9. Replace the electronics box cover, making sure that the hard drive cable (with the writing facing

out on applicable systems) and 2 OSD connectors feed through the window on the cover. Secure

the cover with 2 screws. See Figure 1.

10. Reconnect the hard drive cable to the hard drive. Tighten the screw securing the hard drive sup-

port bracket (where used). Restore the 2 OSD connections, and reconnect the 3 fans on the face

of the electronics box. See Figure 1.

11. Close and lock the bezel.

12. Plug in and turn on the game.
